This is quite strange considering that the 'fins my players kept meeting, a nasty psychotic cult led by a heavily modified dolphin arms dealer, were inevitably pointing weapons at them and making threatening gestures. You'd think that was more than enough incentive to come up with something, but no... the players just called them "those crazy fish" and left it at that.
