And how would >you >go about adapting one or both of the settings to make them work with one >another? What type of stories would come out of it? How I learned of Blue Planet was a discussion on the Trinity Mailing list (before we learned that new supplements were about to come out FINALLY) on using it as a replacement supplement. There are some ways that I could see this done The wormhole was created by an Abberant with a funky twist on the warp ability. This was way back before they went mad. All records were lost when the war happened. During operation rewrite Trinity discovered some of the records and sent psions to check it out. They find a water planet settled by sane Abberants (or their decendents) who morphed into aquaforms and now stay in that form. Long John is discovered to hold similar properties to the Promethius chambers (and theres a certain alien race that wouldn't like that!) Poseidon was a world settled by Norca colonists while the Teleporters were still around. When the teleporters vanished so did any ability to get to Poseidon. With operation reconnect the jumpships are on their way. Unfortunately the colonists like not having Norca controll their destiny. Incert Long John desc. from above. Kieren Running both Trinity and Blue Planet (but no plans for a cross over). _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. *************************************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list send mail to majordomo@lists.ient.com with the line 'unsubscribe blue_planet' as the body of the message.
