As I am working on a couple of BLUE PLANET tournament scenarios (for the RPGA), I will be making one in the next couple of weeks. I'll let the list know and pass them on to whomsoever would like one. Greg - before I step on any toes, may I use the BP layout and logos - basically make it look like the one in the back of the book only in Word format? Or would you prefer I do one of my own? Right now I have one, who had never heard of BP until he joined the team. If there's nobody on the list with either the time or the ability to help, I can probably do the whole thing myself, but it'll take a long time since I'd have to learn how to use 3d modeling tools and UnrealScript. In it's basic form it's already got most of the mechanics necessary for Blue Planet; the main character has 'nano-augmentations' that are close enough in function to biomods as makes no difference, and the gameplay has about everything you'd need for a first-person action/rpg (including cinematic conversation interludes). It wouldn't require a substantial amount of technical work to adapt the mechanics to Blue Planet (most of the necessary effects exist in-game already, it's just a matter of applying them to other objects or modifying them slightly). That said, Deus Ex is worth playing just on its own merits :) -- ChrisTheS ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Lesack" To: Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2001 2:21 PM Subject: Re: [BLUE PLANET] - Deus Ex mod > I've never heard of Deus Ex, let alone played it.
