Of particular interest to me would be notes on the aftermath -- _Das Boot_ kinda stuff. -- +=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= "I never get involved in my own life. I live in Australia and am currently serving int he Navy. I am a new owner of BP and think its a pretty bloody amazing game. I am mostly a wargamer but have been known to get into a few RPGs in the past (all SF RPGs now I think about it...) I am about to deply to SE Asia for a few months (which was why I bought BP- something to read) so all I have to do now is convert a few shipmates and we can start a campaign ! I am hoping to compile some naval warfare notes for BP along the "Oceanography for Gamers" lines- just a few basics that might give others a bit more of an insight of warfare under over and on the waves. Is anybody interested in this ? Is there anything specific anyone wants covered ? If I do ever get anything done I'll flash it to the list. Cheers and best wishes to all, wherever you may be. Paul O'Grady paulog@one.net.au ICQ 1632556 I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it. Yes, I'd be very interested in reading about naval combat, especially sub and sub vs. surface ship combat. You might also submit it to Undercurrents. I know a little about modern naval combat, but I'd be very interested in projections for the future, and combat vs. ceteceans. -Andy *************************************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list send mail to majordomo@mpgn.com with the line 'unsubscribe blue_planet' as the body of the message.
