Probably, well remember how combat worked in Astral space? I think your Int (or seed of thought) became your Dex and your Wis (or willpower) became your Str for combat purposes while in the Astral sphere. That could be applied to the Matrix as well, I think. === AdamL ===== "I’d like to put football pads on and just go up and down the street diving through plate glass windows!" _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? After seeing it, I'm only more convinced. It would make a great setting for a Feng Shui game. Actually I picked it up at Street Side on Friday, grooving to it now at work :-) The only one they had was the explicit lyrics (which doesn't bug me), and they had quite a bit in front and in back. cheers, --ryan -------------------------------------------------------------------- Ryan Dooley ryan@coe.missouri.edu Systems / Network Administrator (573) 884-5154 Center for Tech. Also, it's similar to the idea that the mages are not fighting for power in the world, they're fighting for who gets to define what the real world is - in the Matrix the rebels are fighting for a world which encompasses the entire matrix but which is much larger and about which nothing is known by the vast majority of people. Added expense and such aside, the real problem is the nature of IHMS itself. While in cold sleep, the passengers metabolism is so slowed that nueral function itself is viturally nothing. Besides, there is no sense of the passage of time in cold sleep anyway.
