You know, work within the current rules set. However, since one of my players has a learning disability, I might be converting the whole game to Silhouette (Dp9's Engine) anyways, to make it easier for him (as it's a system he already knows). Since Silhouette's got the best vehicle creation mechanics ever to grace an RPG (IMHO), that would solve my problem, but I'd still like to get suggestions for doing it with Synergy. -Jeff "Oro-San" James My Website - "Heavy Gear: Warrior's Destiny" URL: http://www.jamesfamily.com/jeff/ New Website coming soon! If you want to use them, I recommend that you use the computer programs that can be found at the sjgames web site (www.sjgames.com). The Big Eyes Small Mouth (BESM) RPG have many rules to build vehicles and the system is very easy to learn. I got a couple of questions. 1. Anybody knows what those whole supposed to be for on The Bridges? 2. Why are there no buildings in the back of the gorge (between the docks and the canyon walls)? It seems only GEO realised that it is cheaper to build on the canyon floor than into the stone walls? Not to speak that it is safer from the storms... (It is another question that a VTOL landing is more difficult in the canyon....) 3. Is the population of 30.000 people enough for such a large city? Well, the Traveller RPG has a supplement called Fire Fusion and Steel (there are several editions), which is less complex than VDS or GURPS Vehicle. But for your purpose Silhouette is the best as far as I now Akos PS: From where is the picture of the NPC Enna (On your homepage in the NPC section, to the left of the description of the NPC Enne). I can't figure it out and it annoys me :-) >Well, I was hoping to do something more with the Synergy system rather >than use an alternate system.
