Actually, I only have the Archipelago at the moment, but I think it has the 
same info as the MG about Second Try.

I just thought that for 30.000 people the city seemed quite large, yet I do 
not know how much space infrastructure needs.

I was thinking about running a campaign in Second Try later, but I'd not really looked at in enough detail.

The first two, I can't answer without having another look at the Moderator's guide.

The last one though I might be able to help out with. 30000 people is a significant town espeacially if they're all crowded in on each other. I grrew up in a town of about that size, whilst it wasn't huge it was big enough to act as a local centre. It's a long way from even recognising everyone by sight and certainly large enough to host all manner of nonsense under the scenes.

I've chosen it because it's not the metropolis of Haven but there's more tghan enough going on there to keep a campaign happy for many sessions.

Just a few initial thoughts without having looked at the MG for a couple of weeks. So all this may well be garbage
