Yesterday, as I was prowling through the BPV2 site, I noticed that the
Transmissions section was without a copy of a Poseidon fishing license.
I thought I'd try and rectify such an egregious error. . .

The name, license number, issue date and expiry date fields are all
editable within Adobe Acrobat. Make sure you don't have "Fit to Page"
selected unless you want a really big license.

Feel free to make comments.
