Have a look at www.freedomship.com
plans for a mile-long city ship with a population of
up to 100 000.

It would make a great floating arcology or Incorp
mobile heaquarters. I'm planning to use it for Anasi's

new HQ/arcology Atlantis.

Just keep it out of the storm belt...
