I've not relly had a chance to run Hybrid NPCs - but I did have a hybrid PC I played for a short while. She's a cat called "Otter" who has had the diver aquaform mod, and who wants to "become" a native. She's shy and uncertain of herself, 'cos she knows she's *not* a native. But she has managed to live with a bunch of semi-rebellious natives as a sort of "security consultant" (as, being a hybrid - she's had a fair amount of military training). I didn't really get a chance to confront any cultural / racial biases, an I did roleplay her as basically "human". I just used the called shot mechanism to simulate the differences between punches, kicks, and various combos.
